電弧在焊劑層下燃燒進行焊接的方法稱為埋弧焊(han)(submerged arc welding,SAW)。焊接電弧在焊絲與焊件之間燃燒,焊絲沿著待焊軌跡均勻不斷地送往電弧區,電弧熱將焊絲端部及電弧附近的母材金屬和焊劑熔化,電弧移開后熔池金屬凝固成焊縫,熔化的焊劑(未滲入焊縫金屬中的那部分)則凝固成渣殼覆蓋于焊縫表面。埋弧焊分機械操作(自動)和手工操作(半自動)兩種方法。
不銹鋼管(guan)埋弧焊設(she)備(bei)按送(song)絲機構可(ke)分為(wei)等(deng)速(su)送(song)絲和均勻調節送(song)絲兩大(da)類。
1. 等速(su)送絲(又稱電弧自身(shen)調節送絲)
等速(su)(su)送(song)絲(si)適用于細(xi)焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)或高電(dian)流(liu)密度(du)的焊(han)(han)(han)接場合(he),配合(he)管(guan)(guan)狀導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(或稱管(guan)(guan)狀偏心導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)、偏心導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui))。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)的送(song)進按預(yu)選定的速(su)(su)度(du)等速(su)(su)進入焊(han)(han)(han)接區(qu),其工作(zuo)原理(li)是采用機械(xie)方法(更換變速(su)(su)齒輪)來調(diao)速(su)(su)。依(yi)靠(kao)電(dian)弧的自(zi)身(shen)調(diao)節作(zuo)用來維(wei)持弧長(chang)相對穩定。當焊(han)(han)(han)接電(dian)弧受(shou)到外界干擾(rao)而(er)弧長(chang)增加時,下降(jiang)外特性電(dian)源(yuan)供給(gei)(gei)的焊(han)(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)減小,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)熔(rong)(rong)化速(su)(su)度(du)減緩,電(dian)弧便(bian)會由長(chang)變短(duan),趨向(xiang)給(gei)(gei)定值。反(fan)之(zhi),電(dian)弧變短(duan)時,焊(han)(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)增大,焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)熔(rong)(rong)化加快,弧長(chang)又由短(duan)變長(chang),趨向(xiang)給(gei)(gei)定值。按這個工作(zuo)原理(li)制造的等速(su)(su)送(song)絲(si)埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)設(she)備有MZ1-1000、MZ2-1500和MZ3-500等型號(hao),其焊(han)(han)(han)接電(dian)源(yuan)可采用交流(liu)、直流(liu)弧焊(han)(han)(han)電(dian)源(yuan)。
2. 均勻調(diao)(diao)節送(song)(song)絲(又稱強迫調(diao)(diao)節送(song)(song)絲、變(bian)速送(song)(song)絲)
均勻(yun)調節送絲(si)適用(yong)于(yu)粗焊絲(si)或(huo)低電流密度的(de)焊接場合,配(pei)合滾輪式或(huo)夾(jia)瓦式導(dao)電嘴。
焊(han)絲(si)(si)的送(song)進速(su)(su)(su)度(du)按電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的高低自(zi)動均勻調節(jie),電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)調節(jie)原理是利用電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作為反(fan)饋(kui)信(xin)號,經過控(kong)制調節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)改(gai)變(bian)送(song)絲(si)(si)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)而保持弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)(chang)相對不變(bian)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)受外界干(gan)擾變(bian)長(chang)(chang),電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升高時,控(kong)制調節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)接到電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)反(fan)饋(kui)信(xin)號后送(song)絲(si)(si)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)調快,弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)(chang)由(you)長(chang)(chang)變(bian)短(duan),趨向(xiang)(xiang)穩定值(zhi)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)(chang)度(du)變(bian)短(duan),電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下降時,將送(song)絲(si)(si)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)調慢,弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)(chang)增長(chang)(chang)趨向(xiang)(xiang)給定值(zhi)。這種埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)機的控(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)稍復雜(za),具體型(xing)號有MZ-1000、MZ-1-1000和MU1-1000等。其焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)源可(ke)采用交流(liu)、直(zhi)流(liu)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)電(dian)(dian)源。
按工作需要,埋(mai)弧焊機常見的(de)構造形式(shi)(shi)有:焊車式(shi)(shi)、懸掛式(shi)(shi)、機床式(shi)(shi)、門架式(shi)(shi)和懸臂式(shi)(shi)等,如圖4-12所示。
