由(you)于不銹鋼管內部很難(nan)設置(zhi)墊(dian)板,為保證焊縫根部質量,可采用(yong)可熔(rong)鑲塊。采用(yong)可熔(rong)鑲塊時的坡口形式(shi)及尺寸(cun)如(ru)圖4-13所示。

  不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管(guan)裝配留好預定(ding)(ding)間隙(xi)后,在(zai)管(guan)子圓周的(de)時鐘位(wei)置(zhi)2點(dian)和10點(dian)兩處(chu)焊(han)(han)接定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(圖4-14(a))或在(zai)時鐘12點(dian)處(chu)一點(dian)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(圖4-14(b)).定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)長(chang)度5~10mm,厚度3mm左右,定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)要求焊(han)(han)透(tou),將(jiang)成(cheng)為正式焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)一部分。定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)不(bu)允許存(cun)在(zai)氣孔(kong)、夾渣、夾鎢、未焊(han)(han)透(tou)、未熔合(he)、裂紋等焊(han)(han)接缺陷,否(fou)則應(ying)把定(ding)(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)打(da)磨掉,重(zhong)新定(ding)(ding)位(wei)。

  定位(wei)(wei)焊縫的(de)(de)焊接(jie)有兩種(zhong)手法:第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是用(yong)斷續填(tian)(tian)(tian)絲法,在(zai)管子的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)坡(po)口面(mian)(mian)上(shang)引弧(hu)(hu)(hu),再(zai)把電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)拉(la)至始(shi)焊部(bu)(bu)位(wei)(wei),焊槍(qiang)(qiang)做橫向擺(bai)動,待根(gen)部(bu)(bu)熔(rong)化(hua)出(chu)現(xian)熔(rong)孔(kong)時(shi),在(zai)左右(you)側(ce)根(gen)部(bu)(bu)交替填(tian)(tian)(tian)充(chong)(chong)一(yi)(yi)滴(di)(di)熔(rong)滴(di)(di),焊絲隨著焊槍(qiang)(qiang)的(de)(de)擺(bai)動,斷續地、有節奏地向熔(rong)池前(qian)沿(yan)填(tian)(tian)(tian)充(chong)(chong),達到一(yi)(yi)定長(chang)度(du)后,在(zai)坡(po)口面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)收弧(hu)(hu)(hu);第(di)(di)二種(zhong)是用(yong)連(lian)續填(tian)(tian)(tian)絲法,在(zai)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)坡(po)口面(mian)(mian)處引弧(hu)(hu)(hu),然(ran)后把電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)拉(la)至始(shi)焊部(bu)(bu)位(wei)(wei),焊槍(qiang)(qiang)做橫向擺(bai)動,待引弧(hu)(hu)(hu)處金屬熔(rong)化(hua)時(shi),連(lian)續填(tian)(tian)(tian)絲進行焊接(jie)。焊絲端部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)熔(rong)滴(di)(di)始(shi)終與熔(rong)池相連(lian),達到一(yi)(yi)定長(chang)度(du)后,在(zai)坡(po)口面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)收弧(hu)(hu)(hu)。


  焊接不銹鋼(gang)管必須向管內通氬氣,以防止反面合金元素氧化、燒損,降低耐腐蝕性。一種管子焊接的充氬裝置是:在管子的兩端加上端蓋,端蓋上用彈簧鋼絲把端蓋固定在管子的兩端,形成管子內部保護腔。進氣端的端蓋上設一氣閥,與氬氣瓶相連,氬氣從側面充入管內;在出氣端的端蓋上鉆一個直徑2mm的小孔(側面),以便氣體流出。


 焊前必須提起向不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)內通氬氣,要待管(guan)(guan)內空氣完(wan)全排(pai)除后再(zai)焊接(jie)(jie)。焊接(jie)(jie)過程(cheng)中(zhong)要不停(ting)地向管(guan)(guan)內通氬氣,焊縫(feng)即(ji)將封閉時,關斷氬氣源。


  打底焊(han)時(shi),為了保證(zheng)焊(han)縫根(gen)部(bu)(bu)的質(zhi)量(liang),通常采(cai)用內填絲法焊(han)接,將焊(han)絲從接頭(tou)裝配間隙(xi)中穿入(ru)不銹鋼管內部(bu)(bu)填絲,如圖4-15所(suo)示。焊(han)絲在一(yi)(yi)(yi)側坡(po)口(kou)面上引(yin)弧,然后把電弧移至時(shi)鐘6點位(wei)置,待坡(po)口(kou)根(gen)部(bu)(bu)熔(rong)(rong)化出(chu)現熔(rong)(rong)孔時(shi),左右兩(liang)側各填充(chong)(chong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),當這兩(liang)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)連在一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)(qi),在熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)前方出(chu)現熔(rong)(rong)孔,此時(shi)隨即(ji)將焊(han)絲緊貼根(gen)部(bu)(bu)填充(chong)(chong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),焊(han)槍略做橫向擺動(dong),使焊(han)絲填充(chong)(chong)的熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)合(he)在一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)(qi),成為焊(han)縫。如此往復(fu)循環,成為一(yi)(yi)(yi)條連續的焊(han)縫。

仰焊(han)部(bu)位(wei)的操作如圖(tu)4-16所(suo)示。

 為了避免在仰焊部位焊縫反(fan)面產生內凹,焊絲要緊(jin)貼熔合處(chu)的根部,使焊絲直接(jie)送入管子內壁。


 立焊(han)部位(wei)的操作(zuo)如圖4-17所(suo)示。


 此時焊槍和焊絲(si)沿著管壁逐(zhu)漸往上移動,焊絲(si)端部(bu)(bu)只要填充(chong)到熔合根部(bu)(bu)即可(ke)。


 焊(han)至爬(pa)坡(po)焊(han)部位(wei)時,由于管(guan)子溫度(du)已經(jing)很(hen)高,因(yin)此,應將焊(han)絲(si)端部稍微離開熔合根部,以免(mian)反面焊(han)縫產生焊(han)瘤。


 焊至(zhi)距(ju)定位(wei)焊縫根部3~5mm時,為(wei)了保證接頭焊透(tou),焊槍應畫個圈,把定位(wei)焊縫根部熔(rong)化,但不填焊絲,施焊10mm左右(you)在一側坡(po)口面收弧。


 管(guan)子后(hou)半(ban)圈的操作與前半(ban)圈相同。


  蓋面(mian)焊(han)(han)的(de)(de)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)是在(zai)打底焊(han)(han)道上(shang)引弧后,于時鐘(zhong)6點位(wei)(wei)置開(kai)始起焊(han)(han),焊(han)(han)槍做月牙形或(huo)鋸齒形擺(bai)動(dong),將坡口邊緣打底焊(han)(han)道表面(mian)熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua),形成熔(rong)(rong)池。焊(han)(han)絲(si)與焊(han)(han)槍同步擺(bai)動(dong),在(zai)坡口兩(liang)側(ce)稍作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)停頓,各(ge)稍加(jia)一滴熔(rong)(rong)滴,保證熔(rong)(rong)合良好。在(zai)仰(yang)焊(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)每(mei)次填(tian)(tian)充(chong)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)要(yao)適當(dang)少些(xie),以(yi)(yi)免(mian)熔(rong)(rong)敷金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)下墜。立焊(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時,焊(han)(han)槍的(de)(de)擺(bai)動(dong)頻率要(yao)適當(dang)加(jia)快,以(yi)(yi)防熔(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)下淌。平焊(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時,每(mei)次填(tian)(tian)充(chong)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)要(yao)多些(xie),以(yi)(yi)防平焊(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫不飽滿。


  收弧時采用電流衰減法收弧。蓋面焊縫封閉后,要繼續向前施焊10mm左右,并逐漸減少焊絲的填充量,以免收弧部位產生弧坑裂紋和縮孔,并且氬氣流的冷卻作用有助于防止產生晶間(jian)腐蝕(shi)
