15Cr11MoVA不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)套筒(tong)是(shi)汽輪機組上的重要(yao)(yao)零件。由(you)于它(ta)在(zai)高溫(wen)、高壓下長期工作,因而要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)它(ta)的內部表面(mian)(mian)和(he)小(xiao)孔具有高強度,高的抗蝕性和(he)耐磨(mo)性,而外部表面(mian)(mian)則要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)具有良好的可加(jia)工性。為了滿足這些要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),對套筒(tong)內表面(mian)(mian)和(he)小(xiao)孔要(yao)(yao)進行氮化處理(li),而對其外部表面(mian)(mian)應采取鍍(du)錫防滲氮措施。
2. 電(dian)刷鍍錫工藝流程
電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)溶液見表(biao)4-42中(zhong)的 1號電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液,工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)16V,時(shi)間為(wei)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)至表(biao)面均勻(yun)潤濕不掛水(shui)(shui)珠為(wei)止(zhi))→水(shui)(shui)沖(chong)洗→活(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(活(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)溶液成分硫酸 80g/L,硫酸銨(an)110g/L,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)+12V,反接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)正極,鍍(du)(du)筆接(jie)負(fu)極,表(biao)面活(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)至均勻(yun)淺灰色后(hou),變電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)-12V,正接(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)負(fu)極,表(biao)面活(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)至均勻(yun)較深灰色為(wei)止(zhi))→水(shui)(shui)沖(chong)洗→刷鍍(du)(du)錫[鍍(du)(du)錫溶液成分參見4.9.12之(3),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya) 3~7V,溫(wen)(wen)度室溫(wen)(wen),陽極與(yu)工(gong)(gong)件之間的相(xiang)對運(yun)動速(su)率為(wei)15~16m/min,錫層厚(hou)度為(wei) 6~7μm]→水(shui)(shui)→中(zhong)和(he)(用電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液無電(dian)(dian)擦(ca)技)→熱水(shui)(shui)授(shou)泡(溫(wen)(wen)度 50℃熱水(shui)(shui),時(shi)間5min)→干燥→氨化(hua)(hua)(hua)(鍍(du)(du)錫后(hou)3天內)。
