1. 坡口形式


   由于受許用焊接電流的限制,這種焊接方法主要用于薄板的單層焊和中厚板多層焊的封底焊道,也可用于中厚板的焊接。在保證焊透的情況下,對接焊縫應力求縮小焊縫截面積,減少熔敷金屬并考慮操作方便,常用的坡口形式有V形、U形、雙面V形及V-U組合形等。奧氏體型不銹鋼管子對接焊坡口形式見表4-26。

   各(ge)種接頭中(zhong)T形接頭、對接接頭的(de)保護效(xiao)(xiao)果較好(hao),而角接接頭、端接接頭因氣體流量(liang)分散(san)性較大,保護效(xiao)(xiao)果較差,如圖(tu)4-35所示。

2. 焊前清理


   焊(han)接區(qu)及填(tian)充焊(han)絲均應(ying)進(jin)行嚴格清理,清除氧化膜、油污、臟物(wu)和水分等污物(wu)。



3. 焊接(jie)參數


 a. 焊接電流


     根據焊(han)(han)件厚(hou)度、接頭形式、焊(han)(han)接位置(zhi)等(deng)因(yin)素來選用焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu),除此還要考慮鎢極所承受電(dian)流(liu)的能力。焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大,容(rong)易產生燒(shao)(shao)穿或使焊(han)(han)縫下陷(xian)(xian)和咬邊等(deng)缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian),嚴(yan)重時還會引起鎢極燒(shao)(shao)損或產生夾鎢等(deng)缺(que)(que)陷(xian)(xian)。焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)過(guo)小,電(dian)弧燃燒(shao)(shao)不穩定,會造成未焊(han)(han)透等(deng)缺(que)(que)欠(qian)。


 b. 電弧電壓


     主要取(qu)決于焊接(jie)過程中電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧的(de)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度,電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧拉長(chang)(chang)(chang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓增大,熔(rong)寬(kuan)增寬(kuan),熔(rong)深變淺。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過高時,會(hui)導致焊接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧不穩,易產生未焊透(tou)、未熔(rong)合和熔(rong)池保護不佳等缺陷。應在保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧不短路的(de)情況(kuang)下,盡(jin)量(liang)減少弧長(chang)(chang)(chang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓一般控制在9~20V范圍內,最常用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為9~14V。


 c. 焊接速度


     為了(le)不(bu)破壞氣(qi)流對熔池的(de)保護作用,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)速(su)度(du)一般不(bu)宜過(guo)快(kuai)。在(zai)保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫金屬和母材金屬不(bu)被氧化的(de)前提下(xia),為了(le)提高(gao)生(sheng)產效(xiao)率,盡(jin)可能提高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)速(su)度(du)。提高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)速(su)度(du),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭在(zai)450~850℃危險溫度(du)停(ting)留(liu)時間會相對減少(shao),有利于提高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭的(de)耐腐蝕(shi)性能。


 d. 焊絲


    同一牌號的奧(ao)氏體不銹(xiu)鋼焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-27,不同牌號的奧氏體不銹鋼焊接,焊絲的選擇見表4-28。不銹鋼藥芯焊絲的選用見表2-28~表2-31。


     我國的不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)藥芯(xin)焊絲與(yu)AWS A5.22-1995《耐(nai)腐蝕鉻(ge)(ge)及鉻(ge)(ge)鎳鋼(gang)用藥芯(xin)焊絲》及其(qi)他(ta)國家不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)藥芯(xin)焊絲的對應(ying)關(guan)系(xi),見表2-64。

 e. 氬氣(qi)純度與流量


     氬(ya)氣純度不(bu)低(di)于99.9%(體積分數),氬(ya)氣純度愈高,保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效果愈好。氣體流(liu)量過低(di),氣體挺度不(bu)足,排除周(zhou)圍空氣的(de)能力減弱,造成(cheng)熔(rong)池保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效果不(bu)佳(jia);氣體流(liu)量過大(da),容易將熔(rong)池周(zhou)圍的(de)空氣卷入熔(rong)池,形成(cheng)氣體紊(wen)流(liu),降(jiang)低(di)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效果。氬(ya)氣流(liu)量與噴嘴直徑大(da)小有(you)關,見式(4-6)。

     氬氣流(liu)量不僅與(yu)噴(pen)嘴直徑(jing)有(you)關(guan),還與(yu)焊(han)接電流(liu)大小有(you)關(guan),它們之間的(de)參數(shu)選擇見表4-29。

 f. 電極極性(xing)


     為了減少(shao)鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)燒損,延(yan)長鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)壽命,一般(ban)采用直流電源正接(jie)(jie)(jie)(工(gong)件(jian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源正極(ji),鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源負(fu)極(ji)。直流正接(jie)(jie)(jie)在工(gong)藝(yi)文件(jian)上用符號DC或DCSP表示(shi),DC是英文di-rect current 的縮寫;DCSP 是英文 direct current straight polarity的縮寫),也可以(yi)用交流鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)氬(ya)弧焊機焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)奧氏體型不銹鋼。


 g. 鎢極


     鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)有純鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)、釷鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)(he)鈰(shi)鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)3種,其中鈰(shi)鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(活化鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji))比純鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)的工(gong)藝性好得多,且(qie)對(dui)人(ren)體損害小,推(tui)薦(jian)首選使用(yong)。鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)直(zhi)徑與相應焊(han)接電(dian)源和(he)(he)極(ji)(ji)(ji)性條件(jian)下的焊(han)接電(dian)流允許值(zhi),參(can)見表(biao)4-30、表(biao)4-31。施(shi)焊(han)前,要(yao)將鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)部(bu)磨(mo)成(cheng)一定形(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),通常有尖頭(tou)和(he)(he)平頭(tou)等形(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)。采(cai)用(yong)較小的焊(han)接電(dian)流施(shi)焊(han)時,要(yao)選用(yong)小直(zhi)徑的鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)棒,端(duan)頭(tou)磨(mo)成(cheng)尖頭(tou)形(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),錐(zhui)頂(ding)角度約30°,如圖4-36(a)所示。當(dang)采(cai)用(yong)大的焊(han)接電(dian)流施(shi)焊(han)時,鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)應磨(mo)成(cheng)帶有平頂(ding)的錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)(zhuang),如圖4-36(b)所示。平頂(ding)錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)的端(duan)頭(tou)可避免(mian)尖端(duan)過熱熔(rong)化,減少鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)部(bu)損耗,同時還有利(li)于防止陰極(ji)(ji)(ji)斑點(dian)的游動,從而穩定電(dian)弧。鎢(wu)(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)頭(tou)愈尖愈易燒損,燒損后(hou)將導致電(dian)弧電(dian)壓增(zeng)高,直(zhi)接影(ying)響熔(rong)池保護效果,也會使焊(han)縫氧化,甚至產(chan)生焊(han)縫寬(kuan)度不均的缺(que)陷。

 h. 鎢極伸出長(chang)度(du)


     鎢(wu)極(ji)伸(shen)出(chu)長(chang)度指鎢(wu)極(ji)超(chao)出(chu)噴嘴端面的長(chang)度。鎢(wu)極(ji)伸(shen)出(chu)的短,可以使噴嘴與焊(han)件相對靠(kao)近(jin),氣體保(bao)護效果好,通常鎢(wu)極(ji)伸(shen)出(chu)長(chang)度為2~8mm。


 i. 噴嘴(nozzle)


     常用(yong)鎢(wu)極氬弧焊用(yong)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)結(jie)構如圖4-37所示,D端(duan)與焊槍(qiang)連接段(duan)為長(chang)(chang)(chang)10~12mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti);小(xiao)(xiao)圓(yuan)柱(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)末端(duan)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)(chang)(chang)度L不(bu)應(ying)小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)(yu)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)孔徑,其長(chang)(chang)(chang)度以(yi)1.2~1.5倍(bei)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)孔內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑(d)為宜。噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)錐形部分有(you)緩沖(chong)(chong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),可改(gai)善保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)(guo)。為了(le)提高氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)(guo),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)壁應(ying)光滑、不(bu)允許有(you)棱角、凹槽(cao),不(bu)得沾上飛濺(jian)物。為了(le)使(shi)氬氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)出時(shi)(shi)成為穩定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)層流(liu),提高氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)(guo),焊槍(qiang)應(ying)有(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)透鏡(類似穩定(ding)(ding)裝(zhuang)置(zhi))、多孔性擋板(ban)(可用(yong)1~2層銅絲網組(zu)成,網目數(shu)不(bu)得少于(yu)(yu)600~700孔/c㎡)及緩沖(chong)(chong)室。氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)量不(bu)變,增大(da)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑時(shi)(shi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)挺度下降,對熔(rong)池保(bao)(bao)護(hu)減弱;氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)量不(bu)變,噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑變小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)速增加過(guo)多,可造成氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)紊流(liu),也會造成保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)(guo)不(bu)好。實踐證明,在(zai)手(shou)工鎢(wu)極氬弧焊時(shi)(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑在(zai)8~20mm 范圍內(nei)(nei)(nei),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)量以(yi)10~25L/min為宜。當噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)流(liu)量一(yi)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)(shi),噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)至焊件之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)距(ju)(ju)離(li)愈短,則保(bao)(bao)護(hu)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)(guo)愈好,但過(guo)小(xiao)(xiao)會影響(xiang)焊工的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)視線和(he)引起鎢(wu)極與焊件短路(lu)。對于(yu)(yu)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)內(nei)(nei)(nei)徑為8~20mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)噴(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui),距(ju)(ju)離(li)焊件一(yi)般不(bu)超過(guo)15mm。

 k. 冷卻(que)水流(liu)量


     焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)額定電流大于160A時,焊(han)接前焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)須通冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui),焊(han)接完成須滯(zhi)后停(ting)止冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)。冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)流量不得小于1L/min,否(fou)則焊(han)機(ji)無法(fa)啟動或(huo)易燒(shao)毀焊(han)槍(qiang)(qiang)。



4. 提(ti)高氣體保護效果的措施


   為了使焊接(jie)接(jie)頭正面和背(bei)面得到可(ke)(ke)靠保(bao)護,可(ke)(ke)采用圖4-38~圖4-40所示的工(gong)藝(yi)裝備來提(ti)高保(bao)護效果(guo)。





5. 操作技術(shu)


   裝(zhuang)配定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han),應采用與(yu)(yu)正式焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)絲和工藝,定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)距離應根據焊(han)(han)件(jian)厚度(du)(du)(du)與(yu)(yu)結構剛度(du)(du)(du)而定(ding)(ding)(ding)。一般每(mei)段(duan)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)縫(feng)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)5~15mm,焊(han)(han)縫(feng)厚度(du)(du)(du)不(bu)大于2mm。例如直徑φ60mm以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)銹鋼管子(zi),用定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)點固(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)2~3處(chu),定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)縫(feng)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)約(yue)5mm。直徑159mm的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)銹鋼管子(zi),用定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)點固(gu)(gu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)4處(chu),定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)縫(feng)長(chang)度(du)(du)(du)約(yue)10mm。定(ding)(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)縫(feng)須保證質量,不(bu)允許存在焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)缺陷(xian)。對接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)時,焊(han)(han)槍與(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)件(jian)之間保持后(hou)傾(qing),鎢極與(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)件(jian)之間傾(qing)角為(wei)75°~80°,填充焊(han)(han)絲與(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)件(jian)傾(qing)角為(wei)75°~15°,希(xi)望填充焊(han)(han)絲與(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)件(jian)傾(qing)角越(yue)小越(yue)好,過大則容易擾亂(luan)氣體保護;角接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)時,除了對接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊(han)(han)的(de)(de)(de)要求外,還要求與(yu)(yu)板之間的(de)(de)(de)相對位置。


   填充焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲時動(dong)(dong)作要(yao)(yao)緩、穩,不(bu)要(yao)(yao)破壞氬氣(qi)對熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)的保護(hu)。不(bu)能像氣(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)那樣在熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)中(zhong)攪拌(ban),應(ying)一滴(di)一滴(di)地緩慢(man)送入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi),或者將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲端頭浸入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)中(zhong)不(bu)斷填入(ru),并(bing)向前移動(dong)(dong),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲端頭不(bu)能脫離氣(qi)體保護(hu)區。要(yao)(yao)防止焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與鎢(wu)極接觸、碰撞,否則(ze)加劇鎢(wu)極燒損,而(er)引起焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫夾鎢(wu)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接收弧時、應(ying)減(jian)慢(man)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接速度、增加焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲填充量。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接薄板(ban)時,為了防止變形(xing)可(ke)采用銅襯(chen)墊(dian),并(bing)將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)件壓貼于襯(chen)墊(dian)上(shang),以(yi)利于散熱。在銅墊(dian)板(ban)上(shang)加工(gong)出凹槽,凹槽對準焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫以(yi)便背(bei)面充氬氣(qi)保護(hu),見圖4-39、圖4-40。電弧熄滅后,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍噴嘴仍須對準熔(rong)(rong)池(chi),以(yi)延(yan)長(chang)氬氣(qi)保護(hu)效(xiao)果。


   實踐證明,從焊接接頭的顏色,也可以判斷焊接區的保(bao)護效果,詳見表4-32。
