強(qiang)化技(ji)術(shu)創新(xin),“提檔加(jia)速”進(jin)軍高端產(chan)品市(shi)場。在(zai)引(yin)進(jin)和(he)(he)消化吸(xi)收國(guo)外先進(jin)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管生產(chan)裝備和(he)(he)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)基(ji)礎上,衡鋼(gang)插上科技(ji)創新(xin)的(de)“翅膀(bang)”,開始(shi)在(zai)無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管制造的(de)領(ling)域啟(qi)航并騰飛。從(cong)1987年到1997年,衡鋼(gang)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)大小130余項技(ji)術(shu)改造和(he)(he)700余項技(ji)術(shu)改進(jin),完成重(zhong)大科研項目(mu)38個,新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)推(tui)廣14個,其中(zhong)5項技(ji)術(shu)獲國(guo)家專(zhuan)利、6項獲省冶金系統科技(ji)進(jin)步獎、10項處于國(guo)內領(ling)先地位。其中(zhong),企(qi)(qi)業自行(xing)(xing)設計的(de)ф108mm三輥高精度熱軋無(wu)(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)管機組有效(xiao)填補了(le)中(zhong)厚(hou)壁鋼(gang)管生產(chan)的(de)空白(bai),引(yin)進(jin)消化吸(xi)收的(de)Φ89mm半浮芯棒連軋管機組使企(qi)(qi)業在(zai)高壓鍋爐(lu)管、油管市(shi)場上搶占先機。
2003年(nian),衡鋼(gang)拉(la)開(kai)(kai)二次(ci)創業(ye)的(de)序(xu)幕,進入新一輪大技改時(shi)期,相繼建(jian)成了(le)(le)二連軋(ya)項目(mu)、大管(guan)坯項目(mu)、套管(guan)加工生產線等一大批管(guan)國家、省市重點(dian)工程。2007年(nian),圍繞“十一五”發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)規(gui)劃,實施(shi)了(le)(le)ф108mm機組改造,啟動了(le)(le)特大口徑軋(ya)機、煉鐵系(xi)統(tong)建(jian)設(she)。2000年(nian)至2007年(nian),衡鋼(gang)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)油田用管(guan)新鋼(gang)種(zhong)35個,擁有(you)自主知識產權的(de)經濟型油氣(qi)用管(guan)HS系(xi)列用鋼(gang)種(zhong)6個,自主開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)的(de)HSM特殊(shu)扣申(shen)請了(le)(le)專利。

2008-2018年,衡(heng)陽華菱不銹鋼管廠(chang)共有29個(ge)(ge)(ge)項目獲市級及(ji)以(yi)上科技進步獎(jiang),國(guo)家(jia)(jia)科技進步獎(jiang)實現從無到有,“電弧爐煉(lian)鋼復合(he)吹煉(lian)技術的研究應用”榮獲2016年度(du)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)科技進步二等獎(jiang)。P91無縫(feng)鋼管及(ji)其制備方法(fa)獲中國(guo)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利優秀獎(jiang),另有5個(ge)(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)利在湖南省、衡(heng)陽市獲獎(jiang)。國(guo)際專(zhuan)(zhuan)利申請實現突破(po),首(shou)次實施PCT專(zhuan)(zhuan)利申請2個(ge)(ge)(ge)。主持(chi)制定國(guo)家(jia)(jia)和行業標(biao)準9個(ge)(ge)(ge),其中國(guo)標(biao)5個(ge)(ge)(ge)、行標(biao)4個(ge)(ge)(ge)。
