全面腐蝕也稱均勻腐蝕(shi)，是在管道較大面積上產生的程度基本相同的腐蝕。均勻腐蝕是危險性最小的一種腐蝕。

  ①.  工(gong)程中往往是給出足夠(gou)的腐蝕(shi)余量就能保證材料的機械強(qiang)度和(he)使(shi)用壽命。

  ②.  均(jun)勻腐(fu)蝕(shi)常用單位時(shi)間內腐(fu)蝕(shi)介質對金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)深度(du)或金(jin)屬(shu)構件的(de)(de)壁(bi)厚減(jian)薄量（稱為(wei)(wei)腐(fu)蝕(shi)速(su)率(lv)）來評定(ding)。SH3059標(biao)準中規定(ding)：腐(fu)蝕(shi)速(su)率(lv)不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過(guo)0.05mm/a的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)為(wei)(wei)充分(fen)耐腐(fu)蝕(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)；腐(fu)蝕(shi)速(su)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)0.05～0.1mm／a的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)為(wei)(wei)耐腐(fu)蝕(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)；腐(fu)蝕(shi)速(su)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)0.1~0.5mm/a的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)為(wei)(wei)尚耐腐(fu)蝕(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)；腐(fu)蝕(shi)速(su)率(lv)超(chao)過(guo)0.5mm/a的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)為(wei)(wei)不(bu)(bu)耐腐(fu)蝕(shi)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)。
