1. 基(ji)本條(tiao)件(jian)及(ji)要(yao)求


  ①. 試件材(cai)質:15CrMo.


  ②. 試件(jian)尺寸(cun)及坡口(kou)角度:如圖4-35所示。


  ③. 焊(han)接材料:E5503-B2(R302)或(huo)E5515-B2(R307),焊(han)條直徑Φ2.5mm,焊(han)條使(shi)用(yong)前要求烘(hong)干。


  ④. 焊機:ZX7-400S.

2. 試件(jian)清(qing)理(li)及(ji)裝配(pei)


  ①. 清除坡口(kou)及其(qi)兩側外表面20mm范圍內的油、銹及其(qi)他污物、直至露出(chu)金(jin)屬光(guang)澤(ze)。


  ②. 裝配:采用(yong)(yong)兩(liang)點(dian)定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)固定(ding),點(dian)固點(dian)在(zai)時(shi)鐘2點(dian)與(yu)10點(dian)位(wei)置(zhi),所用(yong)(yong)材料(liao)與(yu)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)試(shi)件時(shi)相同(tong),且點(dian)焊(han)處(chu)的(de)裝配間(jian)隙(xi)起(qi)焊(han)處(chu)為2.0mm(另(ling)一(yi)邊(bian)間(jian)隙(xi)為3.0mm).焊(han)點(dian)長(chang)度為10~15mm,要求焊(han)透(tou)并不得(de)有焊(han)接(jie)(jie)缺陷,焊(han)點(dian)兩(liang)端用(yong)(yong)砂輪(lun)機打磨出斜坡,以(yi)利于(yu)接(jie)(jie)頭。試(shi)件的(de)錯邊(bian)量應不大于(yu)0.5mm,保(bao)證管與(yu)管同(tong)心。將試(shi)件垂直固定(ding)于(yu)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)架(jia)上,接(jie)(jie)頭與(yu)操作者視(shi)線相適應為宜。

4. 操作要(yao)點及注意事項


  采用三層四道焊,可分前后兩個半圈進行(xing)施焊,也可整圈進行(xing)施焊。


 ①. 斷弧焊法(fa)打底焊


   引弧在(zai)時鐘6點(dian)(dian)前10mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置坡(po)口(kou)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)側上邊(bian)緣(yuan)。然后(hou)把電(dian)弧移(yi)至鈍(dun)邊(bian)間隙處,當鈍(dun)邊(bian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化后(hou),焊(han)(han)條向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)(xia)壓一(yi)下(xia)(xia)(xia),當聽到“噗噗”聲后(hou),立即把電(dian)弧移(yi)至坡(po)口(kou)下(xia)(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)第一(yi)個熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池后(hou)再采用短弧以兩點(dian)(dian)擊穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)法,向(xiang)坡(po)口(kou)上邊(bian)緣(yuan)及下(xia)(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan)根部分(fen)別給送熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di),依次循環。在(zai)施焊(han)(han)過程中,要(yao)首(shou)先擊穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)坡(po)口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)下(xia)(xia)(xia)緣(yuan),再擊穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)坡(po)口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)上邊(bian)緣(yuan),并使下(xia)(xia)(xia)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)前、上熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)后(hou),坡(po)口(kou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)上、下(xia)(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan)鈍(dun)邊(bian)處各(ge)要(yao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm.弧柱長度(du)應透過內壁1/3左右(you)。焊(han)(han)接打底層(ceng)(ceng)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)條水平(ping)方向(xiang)角度(du),如圖4-36所示(shi)。焊(han)(han)條的(de)(de)(de)(de)下(xia)(xia)(xia)傾角為(wei)10°~15°,以控制熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)渣(zha)(zha)和形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池,并盡可(ke)能將熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池形(xing)狀控制成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)斜橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing),避免出(chu)現凸圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)焊(han)(han)縫(feng),因為(wei)凸圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)容(rong)易形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)層(ceng)(ceng)間夾渣(zha)(zha)及熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合(he)不(bu)良(liang)等(deng)缺陷。

  后(hou)半圈(quan)操作方(fang)法與前半圈(quan)相同。


 ②. 連弧(hu)焊法打(da)底(di)焊


   在時鐘6點(dian)前10mm的(de)位置,在坡(po)(po)口一側下邊緣引(yin)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)做(zuo)(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)運條(tiao)(tiao),向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)的(de)動作(zuo)要小,向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)的(de)動作(zuo)要大,并(bing)(bing)同時壓住電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),擊穿坡(po)(po)口根部(bu)。當發(fa)出“噗(pu)(pu)噗(pu)(pu)”聲,形(xing)成熔孔后(hou),并(bing)(bing)觀察當坡(po)(po)口上(shang)鈍邊被熔化1.5~2mm時,再向(xiang)(xiang)下方做(zuo)(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)運條(tiao)(tiao)。坡(po)(po)口下鈍邊也要熔化1.5~2mm,弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)柱長(chang)度要透過內壁1/2,收弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)時應(ying)將電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)帶到坡(po)(po)口上(shang)邊緣,向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)方提(ti)起再熄(xi)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)。接頭(tou)時,應(ying)在距焊道(dao)末端10~15mm處(chu)引(yin)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),并(bing)(bing)做(zuo)(zuo)斜(xie)橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)運條(tiao)(tiao),當運到原熔池的(de)1/2處(chu)時,將電弧(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)向(xiang)(xiang)管內壓、擊穿,然后(hou)再以斜(xie)橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)運條(tiao)(tiao)法施焊。


 ③. 填充及(ji)蓋(gai)面(mian)焊


   首先清(qing)理打底焊(han)的(de)熔(rong)渣,修平焊(han)縫的(de)凸處,焊(han)接(jie)(jie)第二(er)層(ceng)及(ji)蓋面(mian)焊(han)時(shi),要由下向上排列焊(han)接(jie)(jie)的(de)多道焊(han),采(cai)用直(zhi)線運(yun)條(tiao)法,焊(han)接(jie)(jie)時(shi)電(dian)流(liu)應略大一(yi)些(xie),熔(rong)池形狀應盡可能控制為斜橢圓形。如果運(yun)條(tiao)時(shi)熔(rong)渣和液態金屬混合在一(yi)起(qi),可將電(dian)弧(hu)略為拉長并向后(hou)(與焊(han)接(jie)(jie)方向相反)帶一(yi)下,熔(rong)渣就會(hui)被吹向后(hou)方,與液態金屬分離,使熔(rong)池保持清(qing)晰(xi),焊(han)縫平整。


   施焊時(shi)焊條(tiao)的(de)(de)角(jiao)度,填充時(shi),焊條(tiao)要基本保(bao)持(chi)水(shui)平(ping)位置,焊條(tiao)與水(shui)平(ping)軸線成90°夾角(jiao)。蓋面層時(shi),焊條(tiao)應(ying)與水(shui)平(ping)軸成15°傾角(jiao)。下面的(de)(de)焊縫(feng)焊條(tiao)向下傾,上面的(de)(de)焊縫(feng)焊條(tiao)向上傾,如圖4-37所(suo)示(shi)。這樣可防(fang)止產生咬邊(bian),并有利于焊道與母材金(jin)屬的(de)(de)圓滑過渡。
