  ①. 伴(ban)(ban)管管徑(jing)宜為(wei)10、12、DN15、DN20、DN25,伴(ban)(ban)管根數(shu)不宜超過4根。

  ③. 環境(jing)溫(wen)度(du)、伴管(guan)介質(zhi)的(de)操作條件、保溫(wen)材料(liao)制品(pin)的(de)熱導率(lv)及(ji)傳熱系數(shu)等(deng)數(shu)據(ju)與(yu)表1~表8不同(tong)時,伴管(guan)管(guan)徑及(ji)根數(shu)(采用硬質(zhi)或半(ban)硬質(zhi)圓形(xing)保溫(wen)材料(liao)制品(pin))按下面公式(shi)計算。

2. 蒸汽分(fen)配站和疏水站


  ①. 對于蒸汽分配(pei)站和疏水站的(de)管(guan)徑也(ye)給出了下面的(de)公式(shi),計算出S值,再查詢SH3040相應(ying)的(de)表(biao)格來獲(huo)得(de)蒸汽分配(pei)站和疏水站的(de)管(guan)徑。


     S=A+2B+3C 式中A-DN15、612、10伴(ban)管根(gen)(gen)數(shu);B-DN20伴(ban)管根(gen)(gen)數(shu);C-DN25伴(ban)管根(gen)(gen)數(shu)。


  ②. 在(zai)3m半徑(jing)范圍內(nei)如有3個(ge)或3個(ge)以上的(de)伴熱(re)(re)點及(ji)回(hui)收點時,蒸汽(qi)伴熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統應設置(zhi)蒸汽(qi)分(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)疏(shu)水(shui)站(zhan)(zhan),熱(re)(re)水(shui)伴熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統應設置(zhi)熱(re)(re)水(shui)分(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)熱(re)(re)水(shui)回(hui)水(shui)站(zhan)(zhan)。站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)設置(zhi)應考慮統一考慮,布局(ju)合(he)理,方便操作和(he)維修。


3. 蒸汽伴(ban)管沿被伴(ban)熱(re)(re)管的最(zui)大允(yun)許有效(xiao)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)長度(包括垂直管道(dao))(表6-34)


  凝結水(shui)不回收時,最(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴熱(re)長(chang)度可延長(chang)20%;采(cai)用(yong)導熱(re)膠泥時,最(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴熱(re)長(chang)度宜縮短20%;對于(yu)(yu)出現U形彎時,在超過規定數值(zhi)(蒸汽(qi)壓力(li)0.3~0.5MPa,累(lei)計(ji)上(shang)(shang)升4m;蒸汽(qi)壓力(li)大(da)于(yu)(yu)0.5~0.7MPa,累(lei)計(ji)上(shang)(shang)升5m;蒸汽(qi)壓力(li)大(da)于(yu)(yu)0.7~1MPa,累(lei)計(ji)上(shang)(shang)升6m)時宜適當(dang)減少最(zui)大(da)允(yun)許有(you)效伴熱(re)長(chang)度,但伴管累(lei)計(ji)上(shang)(shang)升高度不宜超過10m。

注(zhu):1. 蒸汽分(fen)(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)安裝位置高于(yu)蒸汽總(zong)管時,分(fen)(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)低(di)點(dian)可不(bu)設排放冷(leng)凝水的(de)蒸汽疏水閥(fa)系統,水平安裝的(de)分(fen)(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)應無袋形(xing)并(bing)坡向蒸汽總(zong)管。蒸汽分(fen)(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)低(di)于(yu)蒸汽總(zong)管時,其上游(you)不(bu)得有下凹(ao)的(de)袋形(xing)彎,分(fen)(fen)配(pei)站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)低(di)點(dian)應設蒸汽疏水閥(fa)組。

      2. 蒸汽分配(pei)站(zhan)至少(shao)有3根伴(ban)管(DN15)送至半徑為3m范圍內的地點(dian)時(shi)才設置,否則伴(ban)熱(re)供汽管可直(zhi)接從(cong)蒸汽總管上引(yin)出。

      3. 分配站應布置在不妨礙通行(xing)、便于操作的地方,布置應考(kao)慮整齊和美觀。

      4. 供汽(qi)管的閥門(men)應布置在便于接近的地方。

     5. 分(fen)配站的蒸(zheng)汽應從蒸(zheng)汽總管的頂部引出(chu)。


4. 熱水伴管(guan)(guan)沿被伴熱管(guan)(guan)的最大允許有效伴熱長(chang)度(包括垂直管(guan)(guan)道(dao))(表6-35)
