全球核能系統(tong)已發展至(zhi)四代(dai),我國(guo)核電(dian)裝備(bei)發展歷經30余年,從(cong)獨立探(tan)索、技(ji)術引(yin) 進到實現自(zi)主研制。相比傳統(tong)石化能源和其他可再生(sheng)能源,核電(dian)具備(bei)清潔、低(di)排放、 輸(shu)出穩定等(deng)優勢。自(zi)20世紀(ji)50年代(dai)至(zhi)今,目前全球已發展四代(dai)核能系統(tong),逐步向更 加安全、可持續方向發展。我國(guo)核電(dian)經歷了從(cong)獨立探(tan)索向引(yin)進國(guo)外先進技(ji)術及(ji)自(zi)主 化轉變(bian),目前已掌握自(zi)主三代(dai)核電(dian)技(ji)術。


  目前(qian)我(wo)國(guo)在(zai)(zai)運(yun)(yun)行核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)遠(yuan)低(di)于美(mei)國(guo)、法(fa)國(guo),在(zai)(zai)建(jian)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝機規模(mo)(mo)(mo)位(wei)居世界(jie)首(shou)位(wei)。根 據World Nuclear Association、中國(guo)核(he)(he)能行業協會、中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)聯(lian)數據,截至(zhi)2022年9月底, 全(quan)球(qiu)已運(yun)(yun)行的(de)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)中我(wo)國(guo)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)位(wei)居全(quan)球(qiu)第三位(wei),但與前(qian)兩名國(guo)家相比, 核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)差距較大,其中法(fa)國(guo)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)是我(wo)國(guo)的(de)1.1倍,美(mei)國(guo)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(liang) 是我(wo)國(guo)的(de)近(jin)1.7倍。在(zai)(zai)建(jian)核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)規模(mo)(mo)(mo)方面,我(wo)國(guo)在(zai)(zai)建(jian)裝機量(liang)(liang)(liang)位(wei)居全(quan)球(qiu)首(shou)位(wei),且遠(yuan)高于其 他國(guo)家,2010-2021年年均新增核(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝機規模(mo)(mo)(mo)約(yue)4000MW。


  從核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)(ji)規劃來看(kan),目前(qian)我國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)(ji)缺(que)口(kou)較(jiao)(jiao)大,未來5-10年(nian)(nian)有望持續建(jian)設(she)。根 據中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯《電(dian)(dian)(dian)力行(xing)業“十四五(wu)”發展規劃研究》,2025年(nian)(nian)我國(guo)將實現核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)(ji) 70000MW的(de)目標(biao)。根據中(zhong)國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)能協會數據,在(zai)(zai)已(yi)投運方面,截至(zhi)2022年(nian)(nian)9月(yue),我國(guo) 運行(xing)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組共有54臺,裝機(ji)(ji)容量約55806MW。因此,當前(qian)我國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組裝機(ji)(ji)政策 需(xu)求(qiu)缺(que)口(kou)總(zong)計約14194MW。根據World Nuclear Association數據,截至(zhi)2022年(nian)(nian)12月(yue), 我國(guo)在(zai)(zai)建(jian)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)規模(mo)總(zong)計約22867MW,參考在(zai)(zai)建(jian)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項目建(jian)設(she)規劃,核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)開工至(zhi)并網 通常需(xu)要5年(nian)(nian)左右(you)。總(zong)體來看(kan),預計未來5年(nian)(nian)我國(guo)核(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)設(she)規模(mo)空間較(jiao)(jiao)大、持續性強。


  蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)是核(he)能系(xi)統(tong)關鍵(jian)設備(bei),對核(he)電廠(chang)的(de)安全(quan)運行十分(fen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)。根據姜素云《核(he) 電蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)器(qi)用(yong)傳熱(re)管生(sheng)產工藝(yi)簡介》,在核(he)能系(xi)統(tong)中,蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)的(de)主要(yao)(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)是通過管 束的(de)換熱(re)作(zuo)用(yong)產生(sheng)高品質(zhi)干燥蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi),通過主蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)管道來(lai)驅(qu)動汽(qi)(qi)輪發(fa)(fa)電機組(zu)發(fa)(fa)電。由 于核(he)電一(yi)回路冷卻劑流經堆(dui)芯(xin)帶(dai)有(you)放(fang)射性(xing),因此蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)也用(yong)于防止放(fang)射性(xing)物(wu)質(zhi) 外泄(xie)。壓水堆(dui)核(he)電廠(chang)的(de)非計(ji)劃停(ting)堆(dui)次數中約有(you)四分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)與蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)問題有(you)關,因 此蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)對核(he)電廠(chang)的(de)安全(quan)運行十分(fen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)。


  核電蒸發器用 U型傳熱管(guan)主要作用是隔離和傳熱,材料可靠性要求高。


   1. 作(zuo)用: 核電蒸發器用傳(chuan)熱(re)管均選用 U 型管,核心作(zuo)用是隔離和傳(chuan)熱(re),即在內表面流通(tong)的(de)是 帶放射性的(de)熱(re)量較高的(de)一回(hui)(hui)路(lu)工質(zhi)水(shui)(shui),在外表面流通(tong)的(de)是取(qu)自(zi)自(zi)然界的(de)海水(shui)(shui)或河水(shui)(shui) 經必要處理的(de)用來產(chan)生蒸汽的(de)二(er)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)工質(zhi)水(shui)(shui),通(tong)過它(ta)將一回(hui)(hui)路(lu)水(shui)(shui)的(de)熱(re)能(neng)傳(chuan)導(dao)給二(er)回(hui)(hui) 路(lu)水(shui)(shui)并使(shi)其變成蒸汽。


   3. 要(yao)求:其可靠性(xing)(xing)直接影響到核電(dian)廠的(de)安全性(xing)(xing)與(yu)經(jing)濟性(xing)(xing), 因此傳熱(re)管應(ying)具備下列性(xing)(xing)能: 熱(re)強性(xing)(xing)、熱(re)穩定(ding)性(xing)(xing)和(he)熱(re)焊(han)接性(xing)(xing)能好; 基體組織穩定(ding)、熱(re) 導率高、熱(re)膨脹系數小; 抗均勻腐蝕(shi)(shi)和(he)抗局部腐蝕(shi)(shi)能力強; 具有足夠(gou)的(de)塑性(xing)(xing)和(he)韌性(xing)(xing)。
