一、裝置簡(jian)介


  醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)是重要(yao)的(de)(de)有機化工(gong)原料(liao)之一,廣泛用于(yu)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)纖維、涂(tu)料(liao)、醫藥(yao)、農(nong)藥(yao)、食品添加劑、染織(zhi)等(deng)工(gong)業,是國(guo)民經濟的(de)(de)一個重要(yao)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部分。醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)生產的(de)(de)方法(fa)(fa)有乙(yi)(yi)醛氧化法(fa)(fa)(乙(yi)(yi)醇和乙(yi)(yi)烯法(fa)(fa))、乙(yi)(yi)烷和甲烷氧化法(fa)(fa)以(yi)及甲醇羰基(ji)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)法(fa)(fa)等(deng)。生產的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)不(bu)(bu)同,操作條件(jian)及工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)介(jie)質的(de)(de)組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和腐蝕(shi)性也不(bu)(bu)同,對設備(bei)和管(guan)道(dao)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)要(yao)求也不(bu)(bu)同。甲醇低(di)壓羰基(ji)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)流程簡單,產能大,產品質量高,是目(mu)前最先進的(de)(de)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)生產工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),也是國(guo)內(nei)外醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)生產的(de)(de)主(zhu)流工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。羰基(ji)合(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)介(jie)質腐蝕(shi)性強,對設備(bei)管(guan)道(dao)材(cai)料(liao)有特殊的(de)(de)要(yao)求。



二、典型羰基合(he)成醋酸工藝流程


  甲醇(chun)低壓羰(tang)基(ji)合成醋(cu)酸技術由美國Monsanto公司(si)實現工業化,其(qi)工藝流程示意圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)2.36所示。

  甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇低壓(ya)(ya)羰基(ji)合成(cheng)(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)生(sheng)產工(gong)藝(yi)大(da)致可分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)為反(fan)(fan)(fan)應、精制(zhi)、輕組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)、催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)制(zhi)備(bei)與(yu)再(zai)生(sheng)等(deng)工(gong)序。甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇由甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇中(zhong)間儲槽經(jing)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇加料泵送(song)(song)至甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇加熱器進(jin)(jin)(jin)入反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)。精制(zhi)一氧化(hua)碳以一定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力及(ji)(ji)一定(ding)流量(liang)由反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)底(di)部進(jin)(jin)(jin)入釜(fu)(fu)內分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)配管。在(zai)攪(jiao)拌器作(zuo)用下(xia),CO在(zai)溶(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)擴散(san)溶(rong)解。在(zai)催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)、碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷促(cu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)及(ji)(ji)碘(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)氫(qing)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下(xia),CO與(yu)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇在(zai)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)內生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)。經(jing)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)冷(leng)凝器冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)(jin)人冷(leng)凝液(ye)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離器。含有(you)大(da)量(liang)碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酯等(deng)的(de)(de)冷(leng)凝液(ye)送(song)(song)回(hui)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu),冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)氣(qi)體進(jin)(jin)(jin)人高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta),用貧液(ye)(醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan))吸收(shou)(shou)氣(qi)體中(zhong)的(de)(de)碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷,吸收(shou)(shou)了碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷的(de)(de)富液(ye)從高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部排出(chu)(chu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入再(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)再(zai)生(sheng)。吸收(shou)(shou)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)尾(wei)氣(qi)去火炬系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)內生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)及(ji)(ji)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應液(ye)在(zai)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸(zheng)罐(guan)內閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸(zheng)后(hou)(hou)形成(cheng)(cheng)氣(qi)液(ye)兩(liang)相(xiang)。液(ye)體經(jing)催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)循環(huan)泵送(song)(song)回(hui)反(fan)(fan)(fan)應釜(fu)(fu)。含有(you)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)、碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷、碘(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)氫(qing)、水(shui)及(ji)(ji)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酯等(deng)組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)氣(qi)相(xiang)去初分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)提(ti)純。來自閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸(zheng)罐(guan)氣(qi)相(xiang)物(wu)料中(zhong)的(de)(de)碘(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)氫(qing)以及(ji)(ji)夾(jia)帶的(de)(de)少量(liang)催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),在(zai)初分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部靠位差返回(hui)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸(zheng)罐(guan)。初分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)蒸(zheng)餾得到的(de)(de)粗(cu)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)由塔(ta)(ta)側中(zhong)部取出(chu)(chu),送(song)(song)至脫水(shui)塔(ta)(ta)。脫水(shui)塔(ta)(ta)氣(qi)相(xiang)與(yu)初分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)氣(qi)相(xiang)一道(dao)送(song)(song)至低壓(ya)(ya)吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta),回(hui)收(shou)(shou)碘(dian)(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷后(hou)(hou)尾(wei)氣(qi)去火炬系(xi)統(tong)(tong),液(ye)體送(song)(song)再(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta),成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)由成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)塔(ta)(ta)側部取出(chu)(chu),冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)送(song)(song)成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)中(zhong)間儲槽。含丙(bing)酸(suan)(suan)以及(ji)(ji)金屬碘(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)物(wu)的(de)(de)高(gao)沸點的(de)(de)溶(rong)液(ye)由塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部送(song)(song)往汽提(ti)塔(ta)(ta)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),以回(hui)收(shou)(shou)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan),塔(ta)(ta)底(di)重組分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步處理回(hui)收(shou)(shou)。再(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)再(zai)生(sheng)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)貧液(ye)用循環(huan)水(shui)冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou),一部分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)(song)往高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)作(zuo)吸收(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji);另一部分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)(song)往低壓(ya)(ya)吸收(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)作(zuo)吸收(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),循環(huan)使用。



三、醋(cu)酸裝置的配管設計


  主要是(shi)對塔、罐、泵、反(fan)應器(qi)等設(she)備的配管設(she)計。
