2. 電(dian)凈液的性質(zhi)和用途(tu)
電凈液(ye)都是(shi)堿性溶液(ye),pH為11~13.溶液(ye)呈無色透明,手(shou)摸有滑感(gan),-10℃不結冰。
電凈液具(ju)有較強的(de)去(qu)油作用,同時具(ju)有輕度的(de)除氧化膜作用。
3. 使用方法
用鍍(du)筆(bi)蘸上電凈液,大型(xing)圓柱(zhu)形工(gong)件(jian)夾在(zai)(zai)機床車頭上旋(xuan)轉,鍍(du)筆(bi)固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)(zai)刀架(jia)上不動,將鍍(du)筆(bi)和工(gong)件(jian)接(jie)觸,并保持一定(ding)的相(xiang)對(dui)運動速率(lv),如果(guo)是平(ping)面工(gong)件(jian),則(ze)工(gong)件(jian)固(gu)定(ding),鍍(du)筆(bi)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)件(jian)平(ping)面上接(jie)觸,用手工(gong)移動保持相(xiang)對(dui)運動速率(lv)。在(zai)(zai)通(tong)電的情況下(xia)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)件(jian)表面涂抹,達(da)到(dao)去油的目的。
工(gong)件(jian)與鍍(du)筆之間的通(tong)電(dian)(dian)有(you)(you)兩種方式:一種稱為正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing),工(gong)件(jian)接負(fu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),鍍(du)筆接正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),去油效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)快捷。通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時工(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面產生大量的氫(qing)氣,故工(gong)件(jian)有(you)(you)滲氫(qing)現(xian)象;另一種稱為反極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing),工(gong)件(jian)接正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),鍍(du)筆接負(fu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時工(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面產生氧氣,其去油效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)中等,作用溫和,沒有(you)(you)滲氫(qing)現(xian)象。在(zai)實際工(gong)作中,往往是采用高檔電(dian)(dian)壓(10~18V),先正(zheng)(zheng)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)后反極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)聯合應(ying)用,效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)最佳。
4. 電(dian)凈(jing)工藝條件(jian)
電(dian)壓10~18V,一般(ban)取(qu)12V;時(shi)間30~90s;電(dian)凈液溫度 15~50℃。
電凈(jing)后(hou)立(li)即(ji)用水沖(chong)洗(xi)干(gan)凈(jing),表面水膜分布均勻(yun),金屬表面呈(cheng)現均勻(yun)的潔凈(jing)狀態,立(li)即(ji)進(jin)行下道工序,不可使(shi)表面形(xing)成干(gan)斑。
